Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page sets out how cancellations and refunds work for tours booked on paradisecavephongnha.com. It follows our Booking Terms, which remain the full terms of your booking.

1. Free cancellation up to 3 days before

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup time and everything you have paid is refunded to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

2. Within 3 days of departure

Cancellations within 3 days of departure, including no-shows, are charged 30% of the tour price, because the car and guide are already committed. If you paid in full, we refund the other 70%. If you paid the 30% deposit and planned to settle the rest in cash on the day, the deposit covers the charge and nothing more is due.

3. Changing your date

Rescheduling is free up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability.

4. If we have to change or cancel

If Paradise Cave closes or the road to it floods, you choose a free new date or a full refund. If only the Son River boats stop, we replace Phong Nha Cave with Mooc Spring or the Botanic Garden, whichever is open, with no partial refund, or you can change the date free of charge.

5. How to cancel
