Paradise Cave Private Tours (Phong Nha Commune, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam) runs paradisecavephongnha.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you ask about or book a tour, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

Your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, group size, hotel for pickup, and anything you tell us about dietary needs or mobility. Payment details are handled by the card or PayPal processor at checkout; we do not see or store your full card number. The card is used for either the full price or the 30% deposit, as you choose.

2. Why we use it

To answer your questions, confirm and run your tour, take payment, and meet accounting duties. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

3. Who we share it with

Your guide, driver and our licensed partner operator receive your name, group size, hotel, date and any special needs. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide also knows the amount still due. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processors) handle data on our behalf.

4. How long we keep it

Booking records: 10 years, as Vietnamese accounting rules require. WhatsApp and email support conversations: 24 months after your tour. Enquiries that do not become a booking: 12 months.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We reply within 30 days.

6. Where data is processed

Our website host and service providers may process data outside your country, including in Vietnam, where your tour takes place.
